Since 2021, Tech4Pride has built a community of queers in tech. Every year, we provide support in skills development and capital to fellows, connecting them to internships, mentorship, and expertise. Our work is driven by the belief that LGBTQI+ people are growth drivers.

ACTIVITIES

DIGITAL RIGHTS ADVOCACY

We promote and defend online freedoms, privacy, and access to information, ensuring marginalised groups like LGBTQI+ communities are included. We address internet freedom, data protection, digital inclusion, and combating censorship.

MENTORSHIP & SUPPORT NETWORK

We establish networks where LGBTQI+ youth can connect with industry professionals, receive guidance, and access resources to support their career aspirations.

INCLUSIVE TECH SPACES

We create inclusive and welcoming online and offline spaces where LGBTQI+ youths can freely explore their interests in tech, collaborate on projects and participate in workshops.

ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGY

We provide participants with free technology devices, internet connectivity, software platforms, start-up capital and online learning platforms to empower them to pursue opportunities.

DIGITAL SAFETY & SECURITY

We collaborate with global tech companies and platform developers to enhance policies that protect LGBTQI+ users, ensuring safer, more inclusive online spaces.
